Generate Issuer Keyfile
Do you want to issue QR codes to people who have been tested or vaccinated against Covid-19?
Great! All you need to do is generate an "issuer keyfile" that you will use to
issue QR codes.
NOTE:
When you first generate your issuer keyfile,
you'll only be able to use it for internal purposes
(i.e. it won't be trusted anywhere).
To start to be trusted as an issuer by others,
ask that your keyfile be included
in the official issuers list.
Anyone can use your keyfile to issue QR codes under your name.
Save it in a safe location and never share it with anyone.
